Program overview
The HEC Paris Incubator is a participative, evolutive, à la carte startup support program, which mobilizes all the resources of the HEC Paris ecosystem around talented entrepreneurs. Its ambition is to enable entrepreneurs to achieve in 4 months the goals they would have reached alone in 1 year.
Since its creation in 2007, the HEC Paris Incubator has already supported over 900 companies (Leetchi, Point Vision, Garantme, Ovrsea, MyJobGlasses, Spacefill, etc...).
At the heart of Station F, the world's largest start-up campus, your start-up will benefit from unlimited access to the professional, academic and entrepreneurial resources it needs.

In this program, startups are incubated within our 200+ desks space at Station F.
Price : €300 / desk / month
The price then increases by €40 / desk / month every quarter.
Online Program
In this program, startups are incubated remotely, whatever their geographical location and membership to coworking spaces or other incubators.

Who is the program designed for?
The HEC Paris Incubator is aimed at motivated and committed entrepreneurs, and in particular :
- Ambitious & Conscious: You aim big for your startup and for future generations. Your goal must be to create a positive value around you and plan to build a global champion.
- Executor: Ideas are cheap, execution is everything! You are perpetually hungry, and willing to go to any length to take action and push your project further.
- Collaborative: Our community is only as strong as the engagement of its members. You adhere to the mindset of sharing resources, network, and knowledge between each other and with the Incubateur HEC Paris.
- Knowledgeable: You are perfectly knowledgeable and passionate about your industry and topic, able to talk for hours about your competition, what you are doing right or wrong, and what changes you will be able to capitalize on.

Application process
Our policy at Incubateur HEC Paris is that our incubees can stay with us as long as they need to.
Incubees can complete several successive 3-month periods (8 maximum).
What that means is that the number of new startups we can accept is dependent on the number of incubees that choose to move to new offices every quarter.
The selection process consists of four steps:

Fill in the application form.
Jury evaluation
18 to 24 projects are selected by our jury of experts
Final selection
When to apply?
We make 3 calls for applications per calendar year.
If no application call is currently open, register here, and we will keep you posted.
WINTER BATCH
You apply at the beginning of October and join the program in January.
SPRING BATCH
You apply at the beginning of February and join the program in May.
FALL BATCH
You apply at the beginning of June and join the program in September.
