Referral Program
If you are introduced to the program by an eligible referrer, both you and the person who referred you may benefit from exclusive rewards, subject to eligibility and program conditions.
For the referred candidate: a €10,000 tuition reduction and application fees waived.
For the person who referred you: one eligible HEC Paris online Luxury program or one eligible Youth program for their child.
Available for the January, March and September 2027 Executive MBA intakes at HEC Paris, Jouy-en-Josas.

The eligible person who referred you may choose one of the following benefits:
An eligible online Luxury program
Including, subject to availability, a program such as Unveiling the World of Luxury Management.
Or an eligible Youth program for their child
The selected program may take place in 2027 or 2028, depending on scheduling, eligibility, program availability and the number of places offered.
Reward for the referred candidate
€10,000 tuition reduction
Eligible referred candidates may receive a €10,000 reduction on Executive MBA tuition fees.
Application fees waived
Eligible referred candidates may also benefit from waived application fees, subject to confirmation by HEC Paris.

How to participate
1. Confirm your referral
Complete the form with your details and the contact information (name, email address, phone number) of the person who referred you in the comment section.
2. Submit your application
You must complete the standard Executive MBA admissions process.
3. Eligibility is reviewed
Your referral status and all related benefits are subject to verification, successful admission, enrolment and final written confirmation by HEC Paris.
Program conditions
Compatible with eligible scholarships
The €10,000 referral tuition reduction may be combined with eligible scholarships, subject to the applicable scholarship rules, selection criteria and availability.
Not cumulative with commercial offers
The referral benefit cannot be combined with other commercial incentives or tuition-reduction offers, including the 2027 Early Bird Offer.
Admission is not guaranteed
A referral does not guarantee admission. The referred candidate must meet all Executive MBA admissions requirements and complete the full admissions process.
Rewards are subject to availability
Referrer program options, dates and places are subject to eligibility, scheduling, availability, capacity and final confirmation by HEC Paris.

The HEC Paris Executive MBA Referral Program is subject to eligibility, successful admission, enrolment, payment requirements and the applicable program terms and conditions. The €10,000 tuition reduction and waived application fees apply only to eligible referred candidates for the January, March or September 2027 HEC Paris Executive MBA intakes at Jouy-en-Josas. The referral benefit cannot be combined with other commercial offers, including the 2027 Early Bird Offer, but may be combined with eligible scholarships subject to their terms. Referrer benefits are limited to one eligible program option and are subject to program-specific criteria, scheduling, availability and capacity in 2027 or 2028. HEC Paris reserves the right to verify referrals, determine eligibility, modify program availability and withhold or withdraw benefits where program requirements are not met. Final eligibility and benefit decisions remain at the sole discretion of HEC Paris.
