The Strategy and Business Policy Department is home to more than 20 professors. Their research deals with competitive strategy, corporate strategy, innovation, organization design and the role of market categories, using multiple disciplinary outlooks including behavioral perspectives, organizational economics and sociology. A strong PhD program, with 14 students currently enrolled, reinforces this commitment to research.
Our faculty members teach core courses and electives in business strategy across all programs at HEC Paris and provide the academic foundation for the MSc in Strategic Management.
