HEC Paris concludes “Developing Atos future leaders: Gold” Program

From 25 October to 30 October HEC Paris and Atos held the last modules of the first and second intakes of “Developing Atos future leaders: Gold” program. These modules held in Mumbai and Pune were followed by 36 participants respectively.

This program was designed to support the transformation of business and targeted at their best international managers. The specific objectives of the initiative were to:

  • Manage the business transformation
  • Build a community of “ambassadors” to promote the values of the Atos Group
  • Facilitate career progression

HEC Paris worked with Atos to co-create and craft each step of the design, delivery and management of the Gold Program. The program was structured around 3 five-day residential modules in France, Germany and India, and included online learning resources that facilitated international communication and task force project management between modules.

The Gold custom program, run jointly by  HEC Paris and Atos, won the Excellence in Practice award of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) in 2013.

HEC Paris worked with Atos as a strategic partner to design a program that is tailored to their specific needs and that achieves their professional development and training objectives.

The Gold program targets managers with the highest potential for professional growth by creating Gold Talents, a professional network that aims to build the future management teams at Atos. It provides Atos with the necessary tools to identify high potential managers, retain highly qualified employees and attract new talent - all within a framework that corresponds with their company values. Participant feedback confirms that the Program provides employees with greater visibility within the Atos Group and its strategic decisions. The program serves as a powerful lever for professional development, as well as a valuable opportunity to build a rich international network.

The Gold program is continually evaluated and refined, and HEC Paris professors work with Atos executives to ensure the program is relevant to its global initiatives and strategies. As a result, the program is positioned as an accelerator for talented managers’ career evolution and a strategic lever helping Atos build its future senior management team."
