Executive Short Program

Performance d’équipe à distance à l’ère de l’IA Performance d’équipe à distance à l’ère de l’IA

Geographical dispersion, hybrid working, and the use of digital tools have now become enduring realities for organisations. While these offer flexibility and access to talent, they also present challenges in terms of collective performance, engagement, trust, and well-being. This program invites leaders and managers to take a step back from their usual practices in order to better understand the human, managerial, and organisational dynamics that influence effectiveness at a distance, whilst also integrating generative artificial intelligence as a support for leadership. Thanks to an experiential approach combining coaching and the analysis of real-life situations experienced by participants, this module enables exploration of practical tools to strengthen team cohesion, adapt one's leadership style, and guide colleagues in hybrid or fully remote contexts.
