Leviers stratégiques : Management des équipes & Supply Chain Leviers stratégiques : Management des équipes & Supply Chain

For strategy to translate into performance, it must be embraced by teams and supported by coherent organisational and operational choices. This module addresses two distinct strategic levers that are essential to the execution of a Business Unit’s strategy. The first part focuses on the human levers of strategic management. It explores the role of human resources, leadership, and emotional intelligence in aligning individual and collective performance, mobilising talent, and leading change. The second part addresses the strategic challenges of sourcing and supply chain management. It provides an understanding of how purchasing, sourcing, and supply chain decisions contribute to value creation, risk management, and operational performance, in alignment with the organisation’s strategy and customer value proposition.
