Associate Professor Strategy and Business Policy
Scaling a venture is an exciting but complex journey, requiring more than just a great idea. It demands a deep understanding of growth opportunities and the challenges that come with them. Delivered by HEC Faculty and professionals from the HEC entrepreneurship ecosystem, and in partnership with Station F, this intensive training week provides an exceptional experience to address the real challenges of scaling a business.
Teaching Methods and Assessment Modalities
The innovative learning methods feature case studies, applicable frameworks, breakout sessions, investor feedback, and pitching, which enable participants to acquire and apply new tools during each day of the program. Then, in small discussion groups, they develop an actionable plan to scale their organization. The program takes place on the HEC Paris campus and includes a visit to a leading innovation hub or high-growth scaleup within Paris’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
