Participant Profile
Consultants, Transformation Directors, HR managers and executives, as well as individual or team coaches already certified by a coaching school
Prerequisites and Admission Criteria
Our certificate is intended for all executives, managers, functional or operational leaders with at least 5 years of professional experience.

Organizational coaching helps companies navigate complexity by combining agility, sustainable performance, and well-being—driving a human, meaningful transformation.
Learning methods & Evaluations
Scheduling the teaching cycle over a period of several months is conducive to in-depth learning and gradual skills development, particularly by applying the lessons learned in an organizational context. The constant presence of the coordinating facilitator means that participants benefit from real-time adjustment and adaptation of the program content and the lecturers. Between each session, participants join a team of coaches to carry out a coaching assignment in a company, public institution or association. Each team will be coached and supervised by the program facilitators.
