Biography
At HEC Paris, he teaches governance and strategy across Master’s, MBA, and Executive Education programs and serves as Academic Director of the Family Business Governance Certificate. He previously led the Executive MBA in partnership with the Graduate School of Management at Saint Petersburg University. Philippe is an independent director on the boards of several holding companies. He is regularly cited by Bloomberg, Fortune, Handelsblatt, and Challenges.
He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a degree from HEC Paris. He is a Foreign Trade Advisor of France, appointed by the Prime Minister, and a Fellow of the Institute of Higher National Defense Studies (IHEDN).
