The question of gender is deeply rooted in our history, our cultures, and our social conventions. But if we go beyond the issues of gender equality in society, how is it evolving in terms of representation, perceptions, and practices within our companies? Leadership styles are changing and being adapted, but are there really gender-specific styles? Is it not more a question of how we each construct our identity, how we exercise our role and how we behave? This one-day program focuses on the interest of combining our differences to drive the performance of organizations (financial, human, and brand image) and the evolution of our society.
